TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES

  • RESPONSE TIME
    Onsite support Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (1 hour minimum)
    Phone and Remote support Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (30 minute minimum)
    Emergency Onsite Response Time of (1) to (3) hours
    Emergency Remote Access Response Time with-in one hour.
    If the primary technician is not available an on-call technician will handle the service call.
  • DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PERFORMED EACH MONTH
    Routine Backup of System (if backup system is in place)
    Review application, security, system and DNS Event Logs
    Monitor Firewall Alerts, Errors, Filters, Security and Warning Logs
    Conduct Domain Controller Diagnostics
    Conduct Network Diagnostics
    Conduct Virus Scans
    Conduct Adware, Spyware and Malware Scans on Systems
    Defragmentation of System and Data Drives
    Assess DHCP and DNS tables for inconsistencies and issues
    Monitor Bandwidth Utilization
    Install and Upgrade User and Server Software as necessary
    Reformat and Recondition Systems when necessary
    Maintain a reliable emergency recovery plan
    Modify and update emergency plans as resources and conditions change
    Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware components
    Repair and service components
    Add or remove e-mail accounts
    Follow up on existing components under warranty
    Virus Repair and protection (Software costs to be paid by client)
    Data recovery up to Category 2 (Category 3 Data Recovery is completed by a third party vendor - client to pay separately)
    Monitor system backup
